Episode 2 is a conversation I have been looking forward to for a long time and it didn't disappoint! You may notice some references to "audience builder" as we recorded this episode live on facebook and instagram to deploy a shout and echo technique as a part of his current online leadership course.
Wes is a fun, dynamic and authentic leader in the social space through his "Creating Space Movement" podcast. He is about to drop a world leading educational tool call "Social Media University" which is open to anyone who wants to build their social audience and influence to make the world a better place.
Wes is a retired pro MLS soccer player but you'll find out that title didn't come easy as his story is one full of challenge and self discovery. Fast forward to the end of his career where Wes was forced to go deep inside himself to find happiness and fulfillment. This process allows him to speak from a place of deep understanding as he had to find his "unique dance" and now helps people find theirs through personal and professional growth.
