[Season 1 - Preconception] Pregnancy is highly biologically disruptive, with various hormonal and biological changes, for the expecting mother. Unexpected changes occur for seemingly unknown reasons. In this episode we look into what changes should you expect as you go through Pregnancy. We also take a deeper dive into specific unexpected events, feelings, emotions, and thoughts (such as cravings, food repulsion, sudden nausea etc) an expecting pregnant mother may have, how to manage them, and discuss the mostly mysterious and unknown mother-fetal dynamics.
