Crazy, isn’t it? How so much Can change in just an instant. We’re pushing into another week of confusion and uncertainty...

This week though, I encourage you not to fall victim to the mania that fuels the fire.

Instead of living in a state of worry and anxiety, I’m challenging you to rejoice in your uncertainty.

For God’s hand on your life will not be lost in your discomfort. And while it may seem like you’re temporarily wandering in a dark wilderness, your footsteps will never fall out of pace with your greater purpose:

That the actions of your testimony can touch others in a way your words can not, and if you’re struggling to find explanations or reasoning behind your discomfort right now, it could very possibly be due to the fact you’re speaking in a language that your spirit can’t understand...

This week you’ll be faced with fear and doubt.
Stresses and anxiousness.
Distractions and worry.

Kill all of those reactions with faith and properly placed, diligent, obedient action.

Now is the time to build your testimony; now is the time to push into expansion instead of retreating in your life and work...

If you’re in a position where you can’t build your income this week, build yourself and your relationships.

Start with 3 people this week; friends, family, clients, community members. Call them. Love on them. Walk with them. Be present.

The bonds built during uncertainty—even in professional settings—are typically so powerful they’re able to weather even the strongest storms.

If you’re in a relationship, this week should have dedicated time to “date” your spouse again… Have a “quarantine date” on your balcony or backyard, and take some time to turn off the news and reconnect with the one that means the world to you.

If your work pipeline is dry and revenue isn’t coming in right now, take some of this time to look at your systems and start filling in the gaps; ask yourself, “what broke in my professional structure, and what specifically broke it?” The Coronavirus has created a magnifying glass for lots of businesses and exposed areas that might have weaknesses…

Ultimately I encourage you to embrace optimism and obedience this week. The mania of the media and the uncertainty of the world around you won’t get any better if you, too, are uncertain and running around in a fit of concern.

Be safe and diligent, yes, but be resilient. Be strong. You never know how someone important to you might need your strength this week…

Stay Obsessed.
