Host Mark Levine of NYC Property Management firm EBMG goes over two interesting topics for buildings in NYC on this episode. The first topic is Yearly Board Disclosures, which are required to be sent to all shareholders or unit owners in accordance with NYS Business Corporation Law, Section 727. These disclosures note if there were or weren't conflicts of interest with the Board of Directors / Managers in the prior year.

The second topic covered is Local Law 103, which requires buildings in Evacuation Zones to post information regarding their zone at all times. To find out if your building is in an Evacuation Zone, you can review the map at the following link: https://maps.nyc.gov/hurricane/.
