Currently, I am in my third week of dieting and I have been successful with it so far.

Now even though it's early days, I have just been ticking along every single day because I know what I need to do in order to stick to my goals.

I will share with you some tips that are very helpful when it comes to avoiding the most common issue we have which is over eating.

Over eating is usually due to a few things such as not eating enough during the day or having a food focus which in turn then makes you overeat because you just keep thinking about food.
