Motorboat blow j%bs, there goes the gaslight

Hey guys! 

(PSA Sorry in advance for all the breaths and usage of the word “like” in this episode. Yes that was mostly me!)

This episode is going to be an update on all things quintessential and extra special! 

I have really missed you all and am excited for everything that this year is going to bring with my podcast and in the lives of all my listeners!

So for this episode I am going to primarily try to really drive gaslighting into the wall and all of it’s many characteristics so that more people can avoid this horrible form of manipulation! 

The episode will go into detail with some of the gaslighting I have experienced recently, so follow along as I describe to my friend Dragon exactly what that all entailed. 

Most of you know I love having guests on the show and Dragon has been really kind to offer his presence and listen in with you all as I drill deep into some dating DON’T’s and how to pick up on what gaslighting will feel like.

Dragon also has a few REALLY good examples of some gaslighting he has experienced as well, that I would love to weigh in on with him and am hoping to do that in the next episode as we ran out of time today to continue on longer. This also was his first experience on a podcast so I wanted to let him feel it out and get used to hearing himself talk so that he can really be transparent when telling his own experiences next time! I will say that he really killed it this time though and I am excited to bring him back for more insight!

I thought I would have more time to get to a bunch of other stories from friends and others on this topic but I also wanted to provide in detail the many characteristics in my own stories! I am also interested in hearing back from you all in detail about your own personal beliefs and experiences on the topic!

I do want to give more tips on other things revolving around healthy relationships and intimacy in the next episode so stay tuned!
