My guest today is Dr. Rebekah Aldridge.

She is a Heart centered, Bio-Geometric Integration Chiropractor in High Ridge, Missouri. She is also an Athlete, Christ Follower and Wife to an amazing husband who is also a chiropractor, Noah Aldridge. Finally, she is a Fur mom to two dogs and a cat. After her collegiate running career was abruptly ended due to Hashimoto's and various infections, she began to look for answers on how to heal her body and was introduced to the healing practice of chiropractic, and as she discovered that her body could heal, she also discovered her true calling and purpose for her life!
