Now Innovating with Dr. Sandra Davidson in nursing culture, practice, and education

This episode, we chat with Dr. Sandra Davidson, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing. As a registered nurse, professor, and creative innovator, she understands the important role Canadian nurses play in innovating for good. Sandra discusses the culture of innovation in the practice of nursing, and what nurses have to offer in the realm of health care innovation, and how they can become leaders in this space. Sandra also discusses the importance of continuous innovation in education programming and speaks to the graduate programs at the Faculty of Nursing and how they are offered online to increase access for practicing nurses and clinicians to support evidence-based practice in health care.
