In short, the "Beliefs for Integrating Technology into the English Language Arts Classroom" are comprised of four statements:
Literacy means literacies.
Consider literacies before technologies.
Technologies provide new ways to consume and produce texts.
Technologies and their associated literacies are not neutral.
