Knee Pain & Weight Loss

Here we are at the start of a new year. Most people resolve to start losing weight. Their good intentions last a few weeks at best. Some people are derailed because it hurts to exercise. As you know any successful weight loss plan is doomed to fail if it hurts too much to exercise. People who are obese tend to have knee pain stemming from the added stress on the knee joint.
