Nicole and Marty return from a month off where they got some "real America" experience traversing the Red States. Nicole gets a heap of southern hospitality and Marty attends a Midwest country wedding. Nicole rattles off some nonsensical Mainer sayings and Marty is baffled by matrimonial ceremonies and giant racist statues.

Next, Nicole and Marty get into Taylor Swift's new "bad girl" image, and Nicole has some thoughts about the various ways successful women get criticized. (Some good and valid, several others... not so much.)

Finally, the Not Each Other team speaks with Will Manidis, an incoming college student who already has his own tech startup improving the lives of Parkinson's patients. Will considered over 22 universities before settling on one, and the biggest issue he faced? Trying to find a Computer Science program with some semblance of gender balance. Will talks about why this is important, where many universities are failing, and understanding "living life on so many levels of privilege."

We're especially looking for recent female/female-identifying college students who can tell us about the university admissions process from their perspective, in response to this episode.
