Hey guys, sorry for this late episode but Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! This last week of the year, I talk to Ming Kwan, a local Performance Arts Artist whose work explores themes of mental health and how he uses his artwork to help his participants and visitors to his exhibitions.

We analyse the conversations we have of mental health in our society and the impacts Covid had on us as a community. We discuss the different mental health issues that people tend to overlook in their day-to-day. We break down what the government has done to support its people and how we can build a more inclusive and informed society.

Ming Kwang shares his thoughts on emotional logic, how feelings come in layers and how long it takes to make a decision. He brings up the realities of living with mental health and dealing with suicidal thoughts. He explains what questions people have to ask themselves in order to live the way we truly want to live a satisfactory life.
