On this episode I interviewed Kaiti Jones who is a Senior Performance Coach at the University of Louisville. Kaiti has experience as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Strength and Conditioning/Performance Coach (CSCS).


 


The main focus of this episode was how the sports performance and sports medicine professions can best blend their experience and work together. Specifically this episode focuses on Athletic Trainers and Performance/Strength and Conditioning Coaches within the USA college system, but can have take always for other settings as well. This also touches on what reconditioning is and the importance of this process for the injured athlete.
