I’ve got another great Power to Change podcast to share with you today.  It’s with Angela Pratt, who completed the 63 Day Fit For Photos Challenge.  And sometimes it was a challenge for her.


Angela has a thyroid problem, which actually a lot of women have.  She also has Metabolic Syndrome and she thinks about sugar all day long.  After researching different fitness programs for many years and not finding one that was right for her, she stumbled upon  Fit For Photos and decided it had everything she needed.  Angela was nice enough to open up and share her journey on the program.
