Happy MONDAY MOTIVATION! It's time to make shit happen!

NO MORE EXCUSES!

This is week two of breaking down the Jan 1st BIG ASK! Last week I had you make your New Year's Resolution. This is the decision you make which will help you on your path to achieving your goals.

Mine? To be stricter on myself and with my clients! (insert demented laugh here!) Why? 2018 is the Year of GROWTH! So far I've heard: 

To make healthier choices Stop Avoiding Be more "feeling" with Team Remove "SHOULD" from vocabulary

This week I want you to STRETCH YOURSELF! Listen in and then YES, you have to step out of your fuzzy-slippered world called your "comfort zone" and tell me ONE BIG ASS PERSONAL GOAL you want to achieve. Think about something you've always wanted to do, but haven't. Or, yes, dust off that "unachieved goal list" and pick one and email me! It's time to make BIG SHIT HAPPEN!
