HAPPY MONDAY MOTIVATION!

Welcome back to the weekly podcast...

NO MORE EXCUSES!

I appreciate you listening & sharing this podcast as well as connecting with me on social media: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and the Insta!

Last week I travelled from Indy to Seattle back-to-back days for a team building event. It was tough as I was up 21 hours on Monday! That initial travel day is always rough, but more so because my event I facilitated was that evening, so by the time I started the event, I was on hour 16! This time when I walked out of the event, I smiled and said, "I did my best!" And the next day I received an email from the client saying, "It was a great event, everyone had fun... THANK YOU!" Those are always nice to hear, especially if you don't feel like you "did your best"!

I have to say many times I walk out of those events or even the talks I give and conference breakout sessions I do, thinking... "what COULD I have done better, differently? What should I have said instead? Even what should I have NOT said!"

It's hard to stop and say to yourself, "I did my best" isn't it? Last week's podcast about not giving up I mentioned a client who actually said, she's had to realize that sometimes her best is good enough. Listen in this week as I talk in a crazy circle about a NEW client who has lived her life wondering... "Did I do my best"?

It's a fine line on how it's said to you, how you take it and what you do with it. So... put on your listening ears as this one is a mind-boggler!

Have a great week, I look forward to hearing from you as I want to hear about a time when you KNOW you did your best... you ROCKED it! Please share this with and tag someone how NEVER gives themselves enough credit!

Have a great week!
Cheers

Sandi
