Well, February has been the "month of review". Taking a look at your goals, checking progress, identifying distractions and learning how to FOCUS. What works and what doesn't. 

Focus helps eliminate distractions and is my "new favorite F-word!" But FOCUS takes WORK! Yep, it means getting off your ass and DO-ING! It takes you facing your fears, asking for help, and creating something many of you despise... HABITS! *insert squeal of excitement* I LOVE HABITS!

WHY?

Because they keep me focused, help me get back on-track when SHIT goes SIDEWAYS! I recently had a day where I did NOT follow my routine, I went against my habits and the day, well, just didn't work out well. 

Listen in and then think about the new, better habits that can help you stay FOCUSED and ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS!
