Allison Rodman is an independent consultant to public, private, charter, parochial, and independent schools worldwide. She has been a classroom teacher, assistant principal, director of professional development, instructional coach, and director of teaching and learning. Allie is also a school member in her hometown in New Jersey and the author of the 2019 ASCD book Personalized Professional Learning; A Job-Embedded Pathway For Elevating Teacher Voice.

Allie is the founder of The Learning Loop. She coaches organizations and individuals to purposefully leverage their limited time and create personalized and paradigm-shifting professional learning space.
