I know you all want to have leaner, toner bodies, but killing yourself with cardio, whether you are running countless miles or spending hours on the elliptical a day isn’t going to help you. There is a huge misconception that more cardio is the secret to burning fat, and that couldn’t be further from the truth.

I know for most of you women out there, weightlifting is a scary word. You hear the word weightlifting and automatically think you will get bulky.
