This Sunday, May 27, is Trinity Sunday and we will finish up our 2 part sermon series on “The Big Picture.” Last week we talked about our vision of being a church that is rooted in God’s Word, renewed by God’s Spirit through worship and prayer, and reaching out with love into our community and world. This week we’ll look at our values that are so important they are “non-negotiable.” To be better prepared for worship read Matthew 22:37–40; Isaiah 30:21; John 16:13; Genesis 1:1–2; Acts 15:28; John 1:14; Matthew 14:27–30; 2 Timothy 1:7 (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+22%3A37–40%3B+Isaiah+30%3A21%3B+John+16%3A13%3B+Genesis+1%3A1-%3B+Acts+15%3A28%3B+John+1%3A14%3B+Matthew+14%3A27–30%3B+2+Timothy+1%3A7&version=NLT)

Being “non-negotiable” means valuing something so much that we can’t compromise on it. At New Hope we will: Love J. Care re all people. Follow God’s guidance. Seek to live out the Truth with Grace. Work in teams and value everyone’s input. Be open to taking risks and making bold decisions.
