We go into a ton of depth on the evolutionary purpose of emotions, what can make it difficult to regulate emotions, primary vs. secondary emotions, prompting events/interpretations/biological changes/expressions/and aftereffects of the core emotions (anger, disgust, envy, fear, happiness, jealousy, love, sadness, shame, and guilt) and how to change emotional responses! It's a lot but this episode is a resource! Come back to it when you need it, learn what's helps you, and remember that all emotions are valid but not necessarily justified! Hope you enjoy!!
