Insights with NetSupport: Oliver Wright - Everyone is a leader, just taking small steps.

In this episode of Insights with NetSupport, Kat Cauchi, the community engagement lead at NetSupport, interviews Oliver Wright, a former headteacher and current leadership resource developer, to talk about leadership. He advises those aspiring to leadership positions to discuss their actions with others, recognise their achievements, and plan slightly riskier next steps. 

He also talks about common misconceptions about leadership, like the idea that a leader must make big changes or hold a certain position. With practise and reflection, everyone can develop their leadership abilities, according to Wright, who sees leadership as a journey rather than a destination.
 
To become better leaders, he advises people to ask for feedback from others and be willing to learn from their mistakes.
