Holy shit we hit 300! Russ is back this episode, and we have so much to get into. On this day we celebrate the 50th anniversary of Pong being released and 5 decades of video games.  We discuss the first episode of the Critical Role Mighty Nein Reunited. We talk about the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special. We get into the Andor series on Disney Plus. We also briefly discuss the upcoming That 90s Show on Netflix and the news about the Spider-Man Across the Multiverse villain. 

Episode 299 - Six Years

It's Thanksgiving week so that means Russ is busy with work again.  Renee and Bob step in to help out though.  We talk about a bunch of TV shows, including current, coming soon, and recently ended.  We also talk about the Blade movie getting a new director.  We also discuss the new words added to the Scrabble dictionary.

This week we have guest hosts Renee and Ed.  We start talking and see where it takes us this week, and it was an interesting ride.  Along with that meandering chat we also discuss Pathfinder 2e, along with D&D and One D&D.  We mention the new Netflix show Wednesday.  Talk a little about House of Dragons and Doctor Who.  It was a good time catching up.

Episode 293 - Catching Up On Things

This week we talk about James Earl Jones retiring from doing the voice of Darth Vader.  We discuss the big Deadpool 3 news.  We start discussing the good and bad of various super hero movies.  We then catch up on two weeks worth of TV show talk with some brief overviews of Andor and The Rings of Power, followed by our in depth discussion on She-Hulk episodes 5 and 6.

Episode 291 - Madisynn And Wongers

This week we have a lot to talk about.  We discuss a rumor regarding Henry Cavill and the MCU.  We dive into all of the announcements from Disney and Marvel, including Secret Invasion, Werewolf By Night, Thunderbolts, Willow, Mandalorian season 3.  We finish things off with an in depth look at She-Hulk episode 4.

Episode 290 - Labor Day

This week we do the show on Labor Day to make up for missing last week.  We weren't going to do a show this week but didn't want to miss two in a row.  We talk about Horizon: Forbidden West.  We have a short discussion about Brooklyn 99.  We talk a bit about the first couple episodes of House of the Dragon.  Then we spend a good amount of time covering episodes 2 and 3 of She-Hulk to finish off the show.

Episode 289 - She-Hulk Premiere

This week we discuss the latest news and rumors from HBO Max. We talk a little bit about Sandman again.  We briefly talk about the Michigan Renaissance Festival. We touch on comics and who was our first version of some of the DC heroes. We spend a little time discussing future MCU castings, and a good amount of time talking about She-Hulk.

Episode 288 - The Sandman Cometh

This week we talk about the first couple episodes of The Sandman on Netflix.  We discuss She-Hulk starting later in the week and our hopes and expectations.  We get into the on going Ezra Miller saga.  We briefly talk about a new Girl Scout cookie coming out next year.  And we finish things off with a couple of lists, 10 best weapons and sci-fi, and 10 worst vampire movies.

Episode 287 - Goodbye Olivia

This week we say goodbye to another icon from our childhood, Olivia Newton-John passed away at 73.  We discuss some of the current events going on in the US.  We also talk about what is going on at Warner Bros/Discovery, including rumors about what it still going forward and what could be on the chopping block.  We also get into the upcoming Spelljammer set for Dungeons and Dragons from Wizards of the Coast.

Episode 286 - Nichelle Nichols RIP

This week we say good bye to the ground breaking Nichelle Nichols, most recognized as Lt Uhura on Star Trek the original series.  We briefly discuss the first episode of Harley Quinn season 3.  We talk about Warner Brothers shelving the Batgirl movie.  We have some quick hits and then finish things off with the top 20 TV shows of all time from the list Russ has been reviewing for several weeks.
