This week, “Family Policy Matters” features the first part of a powerful presentation given by former U.S. Senator and 2012 presidential candidate Rick Santorum at the North Carolina Family Policy Council’s Major Speakers dinner event in Raleigh, NC, on March 26, 2015. Senator Santorum shares some of his experiences being the father of a special needs child, which are detailed further in a new book he co-authored with his wife Karen entitled, “Bella’s Gift.”
