Amie, from County Clare is Founder of Active with Amie a training, nutrition and mindset program that helps women get stronger from the inside out. Active with Amie provides one-on-one online coaching, and Amie has led international workshops on movement and mindfulness, her minfulness journal is also a best seller!
On top of all of that, Amie is a talented content creator, and her social media presence is rising by the day. Amie’s energy is infectious and it is so brilliant to see a young Irish woman navigating New York with such drive and focus.
