Dr. Traci Stein is a health psychologist, award-winning author, and the creator of a series of popular guided imagery, self-hypnosis, and meditation audio programs. She is also a core faculty member at the Spirituality Mind Body Institute at Teachers College, Columbia University. Developing Everyday Intuition Course: 

If you were attracted to this course, you probably already know that you are intuitive! We all are. And contrary to popular belief, you can strengthen your intuitive abilities and put them to good use in daily life. 

That's what this course is all about. 

This course is an expanded version of the audio-only intuition development course featured on the Insight Timer app. So, this course includes each of the 10 audio lessons on Insight Timer as well as both visual and written feedback related to the practice targets. You'll also have additional lesson content in the form of video, audio, and text.

Specifically, I'll cover more about the science of intuition; answer some of the most common questions about intuition in greater detail; and provide additional practice exercises, plus feedback for each of these.

Both practice and feedback have been found to be extremely important in strengthening psychic skills, so I am very happy to be able to offer that here.

By the end of this course, you should have a good foundation in what psychic sensing is, learn how to recognize your natural psychic strengths, and further develop them. The ultimate goal is to recognize that you are far more intuitive than you realized, and you can put your newly enhanced skills to use in daily life.
