About Yvette Rose:

Yvette, 49, is like many women her age. A wife, mother of two boys, a health coach, and a minority small business owner, she is juggling a lot while being in menopause. So why isn’t her own life out of balance? She listens to her gut.

Yvette is on a mission to address what ails women’s gut health, from postpartum to menopause. She knows when the gut is unhealthy, the mind has difficulty functionally optimally. It’s fair to say, for many women in postpartum, they could benefit from a health reset. An unhealthy microbiome is the culprit of many of their ailments (i.e. anxiety, depression, lethargy, bloating, skin conditions).

Aside from her business (Joule Goddess), Yvette helps women feel better by educating them on the effect of on-the-go foods that contribute to the disruptive gut microbiota, thus causing bloat, hormone imbalances, and a foggy brain. In addition, she regularly advocates on behalf of women’s health issues and is a board-certified health coach who is super passionate about food as medicine. She wants to teach people how to attain a healthier gut, balanced hormones, and heart health. It’s worked for her and she knows it will work for women just like her as well.

Yvette coaches women on how to manage their health and wellness by balancing their nutrition and lifestyle choices. She has created meal supplement bars, Joule Bars, that put women’s needs first. She developed the bars for women like herself who are busy but want to feel good in their bodies and mind. They are intentionally designed to support a healthier gut.
