She discusses her work with elementary and high schools to show how trade skills and training experience can enrich learning in the classroom. She also discusses the importance of real-world application for learning. She talks about how failure should promote understanding and be seen as a method for gaining knowledge and reflection. She discusses her upcoming plans to use augmented reality to give kids the opportunity to learn by doing in a safe environment.
