Buying a home is the American Dream, or so we’ve been told. It’s one of the goals many strive for when they come to America. However, you should know the hidden advantages and disadvantages of renting or buying a property.
Positive aspects of buying a home include owning a growing asset and the related tax deductions. While disadvantages can range from sudden increases in monthly payments and the HOA meddling in your decisions to unforeseen repairs that will cost you more in the long run.
