One of those days.

In the words of the singer Monica it was just one of them days as she said in her song “don’t take it personal” talking about my mental health has been very hard for me lately. I’ve tried to make episodes and pretend like I’m ok but at the end of the day you are listening and I want to be honest with you guys about what’s really going on with me, check on your friends and family just because they say they are ok does not mean it’s necessarily true be kind and judge less.
