So this an update to “I hope it gets better part two” I Just wanted you to know how I was feeling today and what changes I’ll be making moving forward. I have some things that I want to do and cannot wait to share with you guys. So stay tuned and thanks for all the support I’m focusing on healing and getting my mental health back on track I will be recording again in a week and then will be back on track and I’ll start to record everyday for you, so look out for those episodes.
