Erin reveals that we don’t eat food, we eat what’s IN food.

She tells us what she used to think was a healthy way of eating and how she never used to consider what she ate for breakfast when making dinner.

Erin has fallen off track too, but noticed the small changes she had made stayed in place, keeping her on track.

Her biggest realization today is that the smallest changes are the beginning of a domino effect in either the right or wrong direction.
