In this episode Darren and I share with you how to lose the mentality of all of nothing.  So many of us will have a day where we may get a little off track... We have so much shame and guilt that we just decide to let the entire weekend go out the window.  How many of you have said, "I'll start back on Monday"?  Don't do that!!  It's such a terrible cycle to be in.  Hopefully these tips will help you.
