In July 2020, Cat launched SmartSwaps to share her favourite lower-calorie product swaps with the rest of the world.

Cat is a 20 something year old who is passionate about health + fitness, minus the obsession. She is the face behind SmartSwaps, Proats2Go (coming soon!) and her own personal Instagram @CatFindsBalance.

During her own weight loss journey, she learnt that you actually can have the cake and eat it too. To lose weight you just need to be in a calorie deficit - you don’t have to go on a strict diet or skip your favourite foods!

Cat learnt how to swap the food products she’d usually use to a lower calorie version, to reach her goals in an enjoyable way.

@SmartFoodSwaps posts daily product comparisons and has an eBook full of low-calorie recipes available on their website.
