Alyssa Kuzins is truly a healer. She experienced severe emotional trauma when her husband got into a cycling accident and was put in a coma for 64 days. She found healing through intuitive dance and has learned how to find the connection between body and mind, which she now teaches both on retreats and online. We talk about her journey from being struck with grief at that moment and how the repercussions of that event carried on throughout her life. This conversation is so powerful for anyone who has experienced trauma, major or minor, in their lives.
