Sarah Lea is an animal psychologist, reiki practitioner, and vegan activist. She grew up on a farm in South Africa around animals, where she learned firsthand how delicate the ecosystem is and how valuable animal’s lives are. Around the age of 10, she stopped eating animals, but it wasn’t until later on in life when she became educated on where so many other animal products come from.
We talk about arming children with knowledge about the difficult truths of our world and empowering them to make decisions about what they choose to consume from an early age.
