We are all more prone to be distracted right now. We are not in our normal habits, we are more likely to be using technology during the day, our schedules are different, and life, as we know it, has changed. There’s a sense of uncertainty that comes with that, and that makes us ripe for distraction. So, today, we’re going to talk about some of the tips people have used to deal with distraction.
