Fluid dynamics and rotation play a key part in our ability as living beings to function and survive throughout our lives. Our bodies have existed in a gravitational state since birth and as such, we have developed internal functions through fluids and rotation to maximize our ability to move. There are some who, through disease or genetics, or other factors, lose their functionality of rotation. These people are now more subject to the effects of mass being pulled to the Earth rather than having the ability to rotate within the gravity around them. Astronauts, the moment they leave the atmosphere, are also subject to this loss of functionality. Without the proper gravitational influence on their bodies, they begin to lose rotation as well as proper fluid dynamics within their cells and even their DNA.
