In this episode, I'm the one being interviewed! I asked Lucy Slight (from episode one) to host a conversation with me about my Fourth Trimester experience with my daughter, Albie.

We begin by talking about my long labour experience which lasted three days and how I still had a positive hypnobirth despite choosing to have pain relief. We detail my physical recovery, and in that, how I reconciled my feelings about my postpartum body during and beyond the Fourth Trimester.

We also talk about my struggles with breastfeeding and the challenges my daughter and I overcame to still be breastfeeding at 13 months, including latch issues, oversupply, and two breast strikes. In this, I share some great tips I received from the lactation consultant we saw when Albie was two weeks old. We also talk at length about the pressure of motherhood as a whole, my approach to sleep including my love of dummies and the pressure I felt to not create bad habits, plus so much more.
