What Alison discusses this week

This week Alison discusses the reasons WHY we may be always hustling to get through our to-do-list.

Alison looks at why our values can be more important than how many to-do-list items we strike through. She looks at how our choices can be made in alignment with our values to achieve a more fulfilling life.

Alison covers how motherhood asks us to surrender to the flow of life and how that may be different to our masculine energies pre-children. She offers ways in which you can move away from a to-do-list to a to-BE list and how our motherhood mindset can be so important to our motherhood experience.

Alison also discusses how we can make positive reframes of our to-do-lists that serve us rather than overwhelm us and introduces the Ta-Dah! List as an alternative to To-Do-List. It sounds much better, right?!
