Mosaic Lincoln is a community following Jesus in practicing rhythms of grace to bring renewal to a weary and burdened world. Our desire is to come together as a people unencumbered by the cultural and religious expectations of our time. Instead, we will focus on receiving and extending the grace of God. Our hope is to work together to cultivate safe spaces within our church family, our neighborhoods and our shared networks where people can lean into each other’s stories and experience the restoration of Jesus together.

The Israelites found God in the wilderness. Jesus said “no” to the tempter time and time again. Jesus claimed his identity in the wilderness. We grow in the wilderness. We learn in the wilderness. FAITH EXPRESSED IN LOVE (WK 3): "Five Mississippi"

February 07, 2020 22:00 - 32 minutes - 22.2 MB

Some principles for ‘doing unto others’ who are strongly opposed to us include… 1| I do not want to be physically attacked, hurt or killed by my opponents. Therefore, I will not engage in violence against them. 2| I do not want people to dismiss what I believe as so obviously wrong that it is not worth a hearing. So I will take time to listen and to understand what my opponents are saying, even if I strongly disagree with them. 3| I do not want people to misrepresent or caricature what I wr...
