After a week of heartbreaking testimony by the Humboldt families, it seems many drivers are still blowing stop signs. Closer to home police are still searching for the driver of a BMW who killed a 53 yr old woman at a crosswalk late last month…. A deadly hit and run, at east 41st at Commercial. A few of us here at CKNW and Global news were musing on twitter about how rampant this practice of NOT stopping at stop-signs has become. Near misses are constant.
