EAT! Vancouver festival is back for its 18th year, Nov. 4-9, and has stepped it up once again with even more award-winning chefs, new collaboration dinners, events and classes to sink your teeth into.
A full day dedicated to pastry, expert cooking classes, and chefs from all across Canada and the United States: the 2019 EAT! Vancouver Food + Cooking Festival is currently underway!
A key highlight is EAT! Harvest, co hosted by the U.S. Embassy’s Office of Foreign Agricultural Affairs. Fifteen chefs—including Jonathan Gushue of Newfoundland’s Fogo Island Inn—will prepare signature canapés that embody their cuisine and that will be paired with Pacific Northwest wines.
