A little over a year after introducing regulation on short term rentals, the City of Vancouver says the majority are now operating legally - but there's still many who haven't obtained a licence.
Chief Licence Inspector Kathryn Holm says Vancouver has the best compliance rate for any major North American city, but through audits, they're hoping they can do better.
