Employees can now ask for a lot more flexibility when job hunting

Grow, adjust or die -- as a company.  That's from Carly Hazen, managing director at recruiting firm Prince, Perelson and Associates.  She has tips on how businesses should use 'Best Practices' to attract and hire the best candidates.

Susan Speirs, the CEO of Utah Association of CPA's says employees also need to be prepared.  They should maintain professionalism and not 'ghost' interviews but also do their homework on which companies will provide most of what they need to have a good work/life balance.
