To help me discuss this, I’m bringing back a previous guest from episode 005, Nathalia Carvalho. She’s a health coach with Beachbody, an integrative health coach, and also a mentor at Ditch The Scale Academy. She helps people to create better relationships with their bodies and with food by focusing on balanced workouts and balanced nutrition--which can include pizza and doughnuts, just not every single day.
