Hunter is a Strength and conditioning specialist who has spent the last 10 years working within the  Special Operations community.  Prior to this he was a collegiate strength and conditioning coach for 7 years at the University of Virginia and the University of Wyoming. He holds both a Bachelors and Masters degrees exercise physiology. He is a former collegiate thrower in track and field and has most recently transitioned to competing as a weightlifter at the national level.


Hunter is also the Founder and head coach of The Performance Syndicate which is a resource for strength and conditioning as well as providing remote programming.


He also hosts the Pots, Pints and PR's podcast alongside Nate Palin.
