Why?
The truth? It’s so hard to NOT compare yourself to the unrealistic realities of the world - especially for females in today's society.
I had a follower DM me about their goals to lose weight and find consistency in their training.
I wanted to help but I always want to say this first, “Don’t compare yourself to others” and to be seek happiness in what your body CAN do is, as opposed to what it should LOOK like.
