What is so special about this seven time published author?  Spirit, determination, drive, and a strong faith.
Michaela has journeyed through what she calls the 38DDD, referring to Disability, Divorce and Death.
Michaela says there is not one day of her life she has not had a disability.  She was born blind and regained some of her sight at seven, however she still is considered legally blind.  This did not stop her form completing her education, and she emphasizes that she finished her college in four years, even if she was told it may take longer for her.  Determined to prove others wrong drove her accomplish what she set out to do.
Her divorce from her first husband was a scriptural divorce.  She did find the love of her life, however he passed away, leaving Michaela alone with their two children  Despite this, Michaela returned to her studies to complete her Masters.  She has just released We The People Are? Defining and Exploring Who “We The People” Are as a People, a Society and a Nation.
In her biography she writes: “Because of my life journey I have learned immensely valuable lessons that help me to thrive in all things no matter what life throws at me such as:
a) My faith
b) Life is a choice and about our choices
c) Mindset matters it is the key and a game changer

e) Having resources”
