Previous Episode: #313: Finishing WELL

Well, hello there! There have been a few changes since I last chatted with you, but what remains the same is my love of encouraging women to seek God more, my passion for struggling well, and my desire to seek new ways to grow. 



With that in mind, it’s my joy to launch Struggle Well School, a podcast with the same heart as Moms Struggling Well, but with a reach that extends to all women who want to focus on growing in the mental health space. 



In this episode, I want to focus on renewing our minds by taking our thoughts captive. If you’re a Christian, you’re probably familiar with that instruction given in 2 Corinthians, but what does it look like to practically put this into action?



Our thoughts become our feelings, our feelings become our actions, our actions become our habits, and our habits become our lives. So, if we want to change our lives, we must start by examining our thoughts. Are they true? No really, are they? Are you 100% sure?
